East 100 is a three-storied, terraced building that is nestled into
the surrounding tropical foliage by which it is enclosed on three sides.
It was built to follow the contours of the land and is only visible
from the sea. Its main 50 m² sala and the equally sized sun terrace
on top opens towards the southwest and the sunset, facing the beach,
the lagoon, the sea and the islands in the Bay of Bandon.
